Contest Guidelines
Garlic must be a prominent ingredient.
Contact Jim & Gina Palmer,
jpalm@stny.rr.com for a contest application.
Contestants will have 45 minutes to prepare food, and talk to the audience.
Enough for 50 bite-size samples should be available for judging.
The festival will supply utensils for the samples.
Bring your own grill, burner, or camp stove, and cooking equipment.
The MC will help hand out numbered samples, and score sheets.
After tasting, the audience will vote.
The scores will be tallied, and the recipes ranked.
Prizes will be awarded at the end of the day.
