The Big Weigh-In

Prizes for the heaviest garlic!  Must be grown by participant, any variety but no 'Elephants', trimmed roots and no more than 2" stem.

Be there at Noon for the Weighing and presentation of prizes.

  • Varieties from around the world all grown locally.
  • Vendors provide demonstrations & growing tips.
  • Local musicians and food.
  • Buy souvenir T-shirts, aprons, and more.
  • Free Entrance - Suggested Donation $5

Garlic Growers

We started Susquehanna Valley Garlic Festival with three farmers around a kitchen table in 2001 - "let's do our own festival".  There are plenty of great growers in the area, great chefs, musicians and great community supporters who Love garlic. With the wonderful people of Wood Bull Antiques we have had over 20 years of fun, celebrating what's great in our rural community.
